Acclaimed Auto Service

Needed an oil change and picked Acclaimed Auto Service based on reviews, glad I did. No pressure, no upselling, no trying to scare me into extra work like I’ve experienced at other shops as a woman going in alone. They were honest about what I actually needed, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. This place is under new management. Highly recommend!

Mr. Ben, the owner, is always upfront, honest, and fair when checking on your vehicle and doesn't try to upsell you like most other auto shops. He is very friendly, easy to work with, and a good honest man. My family has used him for years and we will continue to do so. I highly encourage you do the same.

I had a great experience at this auto shop. My coolant tube had completely broken and needed to be replaced, and they were able to diagnose the issue quickly and fix it. The service was solid, the price was reasonable, and everything was explained clearly. I left feeling confident in the work they did. Definitely recommend if you need reliable and efficient car repair.

This place does honest work at a fair price! I’ve been here 3x and I’m quite satisfied with the work they’ve done so far. They also have not tried to sell me services that weren't needed, like dealerships tend to do. In addition, they provided accurate diagnostics (so far) for the issues my cars have faced. Kudos to Angel (the mechanic/technician) for his good work. That being said, I do think a few things can be worked on: 1. Customer service isn’t the best but it’s definitely not horrible. 2. The pricing structure should be more up-front (i.e. including any extra environmental fees, taxes, etc.). For instance a brake fluid flush is $59.99 according to the pricing board. However, I paid a little over $80.00. Apparently that’s including the environmental fee & tax but something doesn’t add up (to me at least). That’s still a fair price, but if the final price is $20 more than what’s on the board- that should be stated somewhere. Update (for point #2): I ended up calling the owner and was told that they did the brake fluid flush 2x because the fluid was very dirty & that added $10 to the price. He apologized and told me that he should have informed me of the pricing change (th
